- Tibetan Prayer Wheels are Buddhist devices that holds prayers and have a very common mantra: Om Mani Padme Hum. The first word Om is a sacred syllable found in Indian religions. The word Mani means "jewel" or "bead", Padme is the "lotus flower" (the Buddhist sacred flower), and Hum represents the spirit of enlightenment. The wheel should be spun in a clockwise direction (based on the movement of the sun across the sky), allowing with each revolution the accumulation of as much merit as if each of the mantra inscriptions were read aloud separately. The more prayers a wheel holds, the more powerful it is considered to be. Turning the prayer wheels also assists to dissipate negative energy or bad karma and it's often used to accumulate merit and good karma. Our pendants are too small to hold actual paper prayers but it is just as affective with verbal prayers.
Black Spinel is known as "The Stone of the Energy of the Earth." It is a crystal that is connected with energy renewal, encouragement in difficult times and rejuvenation. It also offers insights into material problems and gives you stamina to continue.
